The Techle Installation Process

The Techle Supply Chain Process

  • Sourcing: We procure high-grade, sustainable materials from a vetted global network of Tier-1 suppliers.
  • Precision Manufacturing: Components are fabricated in controlled environments using automated modular technology.
  • Quality Testing: Every module undergoes rigorous structural and safety inspections before leaving the factory.
  • Flat-Pack Logistics: Materials are optimized into compact kits for cost-effective and damage-free shipping.
  • Just-In-Time Delivery: Modules arrive at the site exactly when needed, eliminating storage overhead.

The Techle Wood Treatment Process

  • Stage 1: Sourcing of Wood We are SVLK-certified, which means we source legal wood from reliable forests to create long-lasting products.
  • Stage 2: Sawing ProcessLogs sawn into exact dimensions for uniform thickness.
  • Stage 3: Vacuum Pressure & Chemical TreatmentWe use a vacuum chamber to reduce moisture content in the wood, and we also apply chemicals deep into the wood to eliminate hidden insects or larvae and prevent their return.
  • Stage 4: Industrial Kiln Drying/Oven Drying (10–15 Days) A rigorous drying process reduces the final moisture content to 8–12%. This is critical for dimensional stability, ensuring your home will never shrink, warp, or crack, regardless of the weather.
  • Stage 5: Final Component ProcessingOur stabilized wood is then crafted into doors, flooring, and ceilings, joined and finished to the highest architectural specifications.

The Techle Installation Process

  • Site Preparation: The foundation and utility connections are finalized to ensure a "plug-and-play" environment.
  • Structural Assembly: Our specialized team locks the primary modules into place using a patented rapid-joining system.
  • Utility Integration: Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are interconnected through pre-installed service channels.
  • Interior Finishing: Wall panels, flooring, and fixtures are fitted to deliver a move-in-ready space.
  • Final Handover: A comprehensive walkthrough is conducted to ensure the build meets our "Techle Gold" standard.

Located in "The World Carving Center," our facility blends traditional Indonesian craftsmanship with rigorous environmental standards to create ethically sourced, master-built structures. We utilize only certified, legal wood to ensure every prefab home is a sustainable work of art.

Our Bengaluru headquarters serves as a strategic hub, bridging the gap between Indonesian craftsmanship and modern engineering. It houses our design and global operations teams, ensuring seamless innovation and coordination for our international clientele.

Showroom

Our showroom offers a tactile experience where you can personally inspect the premium finish of our handcrafted wooden bathtubs, panels, and furniture. It is the perfect space to get inspired and select the specific textures that will define your home.

Experience Centre

The Experience Centre lets you walk through fully built Aluminum, Woodle, and CLT modular homes to experience their spatial flow and superior insulation. It provides a real-world look at our innovative living solutions, helping you choose the right material for your project.

Warehouse

Our 15,000 sq. ft. Bengaluru warehouse serves as a high-tech logistics engine, ensuring precision quality control and timely delivery of Indonesian-made components. You are welcome to tour the facility to inspect materials in person and feel confident in the scale of your upcoming build.
